Vitamin B3 RDA is - 16 mg/day for male 14 mg/day for females. Side effects – Liver damage, Redness of skin, Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
Vitamin B5 RDA is - 6 mg/day for male 17 mg/day for females. Side effects – Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
Vitamin B6 RDA is - 1.3mg/day for male 1.3 mg/day for females. Side effects – You may notice skin lesions if you consume excessive vitamin B6.
Excessive intake of this vitamin does not produce any visible side effects but Excessive intake of vitamin B9 may increase the risk of certain cancers.
